				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The corollary that trust has on man's behavior is the same as the effect that belief in Allah has on person's deeds and conduct and it can be called
trusting behavior. In this research, trust-recognizing criteria that include belief in Divinity of Allah, innateness of trust, Unity of Divine Acts, faith,
and piety are taken into consideration. The practical results of trust in the behavior of trusting individuals include tranquility, quietude, expansion of
breast, bravery, strength of heart, resoluteness, endurance, determinati_n, decisiveness and.. .Here the limitations of decision-making, which are called
preventive factors that comprise hurriedness, hastiness, prejudice in decision, impatience, fear of vulgar judgments and... are studied. Making a list of
preventive factors of decision-making behavior and behavioral criteria of trust has an effect to give a model that is discussed here and the effect of
behavioral criteria of trust on obstacles that stand in the way of mangers at the time of decision making are paid attention to.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The present age called post modem by researchers enjoys the characteristic of continuous change and complexity of structures. In such condition, only those mangers are successful who have up-to-date, comprehensive and proper information about the performance of his organization and take proper and correct decision, in proportion to existing changes, for optimizing his organization.
Performance evaluation in various levels, inclusively organizational, divisional and personal, is an answer to managers' informational needs in
current age. Using the mentioned information, they can find out their weak and positive points and take steps in order to enhance their positive points and correct their weak points.
In this research about performance evaluation, after specifying different aspects of performance by using service-profit chain, we have used DEA
(Data Envelopment Analysis) for calculating relative efficiency of each branch in every aspect of performance. Finally, by using TOPSIS (Technique
for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution) for mixing efficiency scores we rank each branch.]]></dcterms:abstract>

appearance of dangerous crisis in the world. The human being will not survive in this situation except through a management based on knowledge and
wisdom.
In this article, by the introduction of the "crisis management", we analyze the role of information systems in the process of enforcement of this modern
management. The information systems which are in fact the most important means of setting information, analyzing the situation and providing strategic
solutions at the time of dealing with the crisis, have the crucial role in foreseeing crisis and prevention and control of risks and crisis. This work is
based on the comparative and theoretical studies and the researcher has used the experiences obtained from the BAM earthquake. Theory of this study has examined by the interview with the experts who had participated in solving

This model follows minimal role of state and enhancement of civil institutions
and private sector. For. this end in view, emphasis is put on interaction between governmental sector, private sector, and civil society. This theory believes that instead of incumbency, government must enhance its facilitating
and regulating role.
In Good Government Model, representative and participatory government is discussed and in this manner, the way is paved for activity of other sectors. In order to put the above role into practice, the model of
facilitating government in good governance with some variables such as democracy, participation, accountability, justice-orientation and effectiveness is proposed. If the above-mentioned variables are realized in government, interaction between it and other sector will increase. Theoretically analyzing
