				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[What we are following in this research is whether there is basically a one-to-one correspondence between Ministry Of Roads and Transportation executive employees’ prevailing needs levels and their common levels or not. Employees’ prevailing needs levels are, according to Mazelo’s hierarchy needs theory, divided into five levels: 
physiology, security, social, respect, self-analysis. Their common levels start from full non-participation to full participation and are respectively divided into non-participation, participation according to suggestion. mutual decision-making, and independent teams. 
To carry out this research we devised some theories and by doing field\4orks thai arc in line with theories and research aims we gathered data about theories and then by using Spearman hierarchical correlation test (on the whole 25 secondary tests) we analyzed and summarized data and existing information. And we concluded that there is not enough reasons for proving the theory that there is a one-to-one correspondence between employees’ prevailing needs levels and their common levels. 
By using chi - spuare (X2) test (on the whole 6 secondary tests), we are after this matter that employees with prevailing need (or needs) can prefer various levels of participation, therefore, with regards to the above tests, the deduction that there are multiple relations between employees’ prevailing needs and their common levels is valid. 
Moreover by using Freedman Variance Analysis Test we ranked research variables and prioritized common levels by planning and programming a computer model (that was done by researcher) of multiple-criterion decision-making with the approach MADM and with regards to models SAW and TOPSIS. Finally, emphasizing each theories of the research, we presented the achieved results, as the results of research and offered some suggestions about the carried out research, other studies and similar researches.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Up to now evaluative means have been abundantly innovated for measuring countries electronic readiness. These means use various definitions of electronic readiness as well as different methods of measurement, whose aims and results are considerably different. However no model has been up to now planned and developed for assessment of industries electronic readiness of a country and carried out measures in industries mostly include reports, in view of some certain criteria, about how Information and Communication Technology is used and it is not a model for evaluation and assessment of their electronic readiness. 
After studying and scrutinizing models and frames for evaluation of electronic readiness, a proper model that is in proportion to Iran economic social and technologic conditions has been developed so that Iran industries readiness for accepting and utilizing information and communication technologies is evaluated. 
This model consists of three factors; accessibilities to infrastructures related to Information and Communication Technology. usage capacities of Information and Communication Technology, and 
value creation opportunities. Each factor will be then studied. Dimensions of accessibilities to infrastructures related to Information and Communication Technology are as follows: 
Technical infrastructures, Human, Economic, Managerial, law, legal, Cultural, and Social resources. 
For testing conceptual frame a model is, with regard to the above-mentioned infrastructures, innovated in the field of industry built-in factors. Then by canvassing authorities and using method of Fazi average, the degree reliability of and amount of parameters measures are achieved. Then the model was tested as an example in the banking industry.]]></dcterms:abstract>

				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[It has been tried to plan a decision support system for programming production in the firm of Iran Factories of Cable Making for the sake of minimizing the cost price of products through decreasing cost of production delay, overtime, cost of inauguration, and delay of product deliverance to purchasers. Our final aim was to invent a proper plan for setting decision support system that maintains decision-making on the mentioned matters. To achieve such aims we analyzed current condition of firm programming and scheduling and then through studying results of this analysis we explained necessary hierarchy for creating mathematical models. We, later, presented a triple-level hierarchical model for programming the production of this firm. Using UML Charts we made a model of application cases and class chart for planning hierarchical decision support system for programming production and finally we would propose necessary architecture for putting this system into action.]]></dcterms:abstract>

The issue of organizational culture is most appreciated in such subjects as planning, leadership and change management. Culture is a major factor in supporting the strategic plan for any organization as it is virtually impossible for managers to successfully implement a given strategy without acquiring the support of individuals of the organization and paying due attention to its culture.
