				<dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Regarding to complications and dynamism of Environmental factors and fast changes increasingly, traditional organizations can’t harmonized themselves with these changes, so they are disappearing consequently, the organizations paid much attention to the discussion of learning organizations, as a tool to maintain and harmony. Here, there is a summary of theoretical basis and findings of research about measuring the level of organizational learning of schools. Its goal was considerating the level of learning in public schools and non- profit schools. To achieve the goals this hypothesis was suggested. 
Hypothesis: there is a difference between the level of learning in public schools and non - profit schools. 
To collect data and find the charactristics of learner organization, the questionnaire, after difining the validity and reliability, and library method was used. Collected data was analyzed by discriptive statistic method which composed of frequency indicator, percentage of frequency , average , and deductive statistic cansisted of Mann - Whitney test suggested that there is a meaningful difference between level of organizational learning in public schools and non - profit snhools , that is , in all characteristics the level of organizational learning of non - profit schools is higher than public schools]]></dcterms:abstract>
