Kant's ethics is one of the most deontological theories in which intention and motive of action are basic roles. Kant merely regarded the motive of action of moral rules, respect to them. Kant put forward to distinction moral rules five formulas and if they are successfully compatible with them they will be ethical. They are: formula of universality, formula of general law of nature, formula of to be person as end in itself, formula of autonomy and formula of the kingdom of ends.pillars of worldly ethic which are the principle of honesty, the principle of ownership, the principle of validity and trust, the principle of transparency, the principle of esteem, the principle of fairness, principle of citizenship, and the principle of sensibility, are fully compatible with Kant's moral standards. Hence according to Kant's ethics can be seen as ethical However, if the target of lawmakers and agents of pillars of worldly ethic is merely Respect for the law and not profit for organization. As a result, Kant's deontological Ethics is more compatible than Teleological and Utilitarian ethics with the conditions mentioned.}, keywords = {Ethics,Duty,Moral law,Pillars of worldly ethic,organization,Kant}, title_fa = {بررسی فلسفه اخلاق تکلیف‌گرایانه کانت در سازمان (مقایسه آن با منشور اخلاقی جهانی سازمان)}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله بر آن است تا به بررسی فلسفه اخلاق تکلیف‌گرایانه کانت و مقایسه آن با منشور اخلاقی جهانی در سازمان بپردازد که آیا اخلاق کانت با منشور اخلاقی جهانی در سازمان‌ها سازگاری دارد یا نه؟ اخلاق کانت یکی از مهم‌ترین نظام‌های تکلیف‌گرایانه اخلاقی است که به نیت و انگیزه عمل و خود عمل اهمیت می‌دهد. کانت، انگیزه عمل به قوانین اخلاقی را صرفاً احترام به آنها می‌داند. کانت برای تشخیص اوامر و قواعد اخلاقی پنج معیار به دست می‌دهد که اگر دستورات به اصطلاح اخلاقی، از این آزمون‌های پنج‌گانه موفق بیرون آیند، اخلاقی والا غیراخلاقی هستند. آن معیارها عبارتند از: 1. اصل تعمیم‌پذیری 2. قاعده قانون عام طبیعت شدن 3. قاعده غایت فی نفسه بودن انسان 4. قاعده خودمختاری انسان و 5. قاعده کشور غایات. منشور اخلاقی جهانی که عبارتند از: 1. اصل امانت 2. اصل مالکیت 3. اصل اعتبار 4. اصل شفافیت 5. اصل منزلت 6. اصل انصاف 7. اصل شهروندی 8. اصل حساسیت، سازگاری کاملی با معیارهای اخلاقی کانت دارند. از این رو می‌توان بر اساس دیدگاه کانت آنها را اخلاقی دانست، البته به این شرط که هدف از واضعان و عاملان منشور اخلاقی جهانی، صرفاً احترام به این قوانین باشد نه نتیجه‌ای که از آن عاید سازمان‌ها می‌شود، از قبیل موفقیت در رقابت و سود بیشتر. نتیجه آن که اخلاق کانت نسبت به اخلاق غایت‌گرایانه و سودگرایانه بیشتر با منشور اخلاقی جهانی سازگاری دارد، البته با همان شرایطی که ذکر شد.}, keywords_fa = {اخلاق,تکلیف,قانون اخلاقی,معیار اخلاقی,منشور اخلاقی جهانی,سازمان کانت}, url = {https://jomc.ut.ac.ir/article_54113.html}, eprint = {https://jomc.ut.ac.ir/article_54113_2209b43c0540652abc1bca0c339fc879.pdf} }
