توسعه چارچوب خطمشیگذاری در بانکداری الکترونیک
به دلیل پویایی بالای بانکداری الکترونیک، تغییرات مداوم کسبوکارهای وابسته به بانک، و ظهور فناوریهای دگرگونکننده خطمشیگذاری در این حوزه با چالشهای متعدد روبهرو شده و بهرهگیری از مدلهای رایج خطمشیگذاری را دشوار کرده است. از آنجا که خطمشیگذاری به فرهنگ عمومی جامعه و ساختارهای اجرایی کشور و ذینفعان متعدد داخلی وابستگی فراوان دارد هدف از این پژوهش ارائة چارچوبی برای خطمشیگذاری در بانکداری الکترونیک با لحاظ کردن همة ملاحظات و شرایط یادشده بود. روش تحقیق کیفی و به طور مشخص فراترکیب بود. بدین منظور ابتدا همة مدلهای رایج خطمشیگذاری در متون و پیشینة خطمشیگذاری شناسایی شد تا از طریق تجزیة مدلهای گذشته به اجزای آنها و ترکیب آنها یک چارچوب توسعهیافتة جدید خلق شود. بر این اساس از بین بیست و شش مدل بررسیشده پنج مدل آشفته، سیستمی، فرایندی، سیگنالهای ضعیف، و نظریة بازیها با توجه به معیارهایی مانند عدمقطعیت، عدمجامعیت موضوع، عدمیکپارچگی بازیگران، رویکرد خارج به داخل انتخاب شد. سپس، با استفاده از تجزیة اجزای این مدلها و ترکیب اجزا به روش کدگذاری باز، چارچوب نهایی خطمشیگذاری برای بانکداری الکترونیکی ارائه شد.

شناسایی عوامل سازمانی مؤثر بر دانشگاه کارآفرین (با رویکرد فراترکیب)
این تحقیق با هدف ارائة تصویری جامع از عوامل سازمانی مؤثر بر دانشگاه کارآفرین از طریق ترکیب تحقیقات پیشین انجام شد. روش پژوهشْ کیفی با رویکرد فراترکیب بود. بدین منظور پس از جستوجو در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی، در فاصلة زمانی 1998 تا 2017، تعداد 325 مقاله در حوزة دانشگاه کارآفرین ارزیابی و در نهایت 65 مقاله، که به صورت مستقیم موضوع دانشگاه کارآفرین را بررسی کرده بودند، به روش هدفمند، انتخاب و وارد مرحلة تحلیل شدند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش کدگذاری استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل یافتههای محققان قبلی و ترکیب نتایج حاصله، تعداد 21 کد و 10 مفهوم و 5 مؤلفه شناسایی و اعتبار آنها از طریق آزمون کاپای کافمن تأیید شد. سپس، میزان اهمیت و اولویت کدهای شناساییشده با روش آنتروپی شانون تعیین شد. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق، کدهای رهبری قوی و همهجانبه و پشتیبانـ ساختار منعطف و متمایزـ و روحیه و نگرش کارآفرینانة اعضا و فرهنگ سازمانی کارآفرینانه بیشترین ضریب اهمیت را در توسعة دانشگاه کارآفرین داشتند. در نهایت، پس از طی مراحل پژوهش، الگوی مؤلفههای سازمانی مؤثر بر دانشگاه کارآفرین ترسیم شد. نتایجْ مؤید نقش رهبری و فرهنگ در تحول دانشگاهها در جهت کارآفرینی بود. این پژوهش، با اتخاذ رویکردی جامع، بینشهایی ارزشمند در زمینة دانشگاههای کارآفرین ارائه میدهد.

طراحی مدل بازیوارشده برای بهبود فرهنگ مشارکتیِ کارکنان رسانهای در فرایند تسهیم دانش (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران)
دانش در سازمانهای رسانهای در ذهن نیروی انسانی خلّاق قرار دارد. تسهیم دانش در این سازمانها در خلأ فرهنگ و سیستم حمایتی از کار میافتد. بازیوارسازی یکی از روشهای جدیدی است که سازمانها برای افزایش انگیزه و فرهنگ مشارکتیِ کارکنان به کار میگیرند. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی سیستم بازیوار متناسب با نیازهای اصلی کارکنان سیما برای خلق سیستم حمایتیـ انگیزشی در تسهیم دانش بود. این پژوهش در دو مرحله صورت گرفت. هدف از اجرای این دو مرحله اول شناسایی نیازهای انگیزشی کارکنان و دوم بازیوار کردن فرایند تسهیم دانش بود. بنابراین، در مرحلة اول با پانزده نفر از کارکنان سیما مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. برای تحلیل مصاحبهها روش تحلیل مضمون به کار رفت. سپس، دلفی اجماع با حضور هجده نفر از مشارکتکنندگان برگزار شد و در این مرحله نیز از ابزار پرسشنامه کمک گرفته شد. اجزای مدل طراحیشده برای سیستم تسهیم دانش بازیوار در سازمان رسانهای دربرگیرندة نیازهای انگیزشی، مکانیکهای بازی، رفتار و احساسات تسهیم دانش بود. نیازهای انگیزشی دو دستهاند؛ درونی و بیرونی. بر اساس نیازهای انگیزشی، انواع کاربر در چهار دستة کمالطلب، اجتماعی، کاشف، و مبارزهطلب جای میگیرند. رفتار و احساسات تسهیم دانش نیز دو دستهاند؛ رفتار و احساسات اهداکنندة دانش و رفتار و احساسات دریافتکنندة دانش.

ارائه الگوی اولویتهای پیشگیری قلدری سازمانی: رویکرد فراگیر تفسیری-ساختاری
پیشگیری، به منزلة یک استراتژی عملیاتی، باعث میشود سازمان در مقابل پدیدههای مخرب، همچون قلدری محیط کار، واکنشهای پویا و انعطافپذیر داشته باشد و در نتیجه از نهادینه شدن رفتارهای مخرب جلوگیری شود. هدف از این پژوهش ارائة الگوی اولویتهای پیشگیری از قلدری سازمانی بر اساس رویکرد فراگیر تفسیریـ ساختاری بود. پژوهشْ ترکیبی و مبتنی بر روششناسی کیفی و کمّی است. جامعة آماری بخش کیفی شامل پانزده نفر از متخصصان دانشگاهی بود که در زمینة مدیریت رفتار و منابع انسانی تخصص داشتند. جامعة آماری بخش کمّی شامل سی مدیر منابع انسانی سازمان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگری سه استان سمنان و کرج و تهران بود که در بخش تحلیل ماتریسی مشارکت کردند. در این پژوهش ابتدا گزارههای مربوط به شیوههای پیشگیری از قلدری سازمانی از طریق مطالعة وسیع مطالب مرتبط با آن آغاز شد و پس از دستهبندی شصت و چهار مقاله محققان مقالههای دستهبندیشده را پایش و در نهایت سیزده پژوهش را وارد تحلیل فراترکیب کردند. پس از طی مراحل مربوط به تحلیل فراترکیب، هجده گزاره در قالب دو مؤلفه شناسایی شد که پس از تحلیل دلفی به یازده گزاره تقلیل یافت. در بخش تحلیل ساختاریـ تفسیری فراگیر (TISM)، که به دلیل پیچیدگی ریاضی و عملیاتی سرآمد بر تحلیل ساختاریـ تفسیری (ISM) است، در قالب مدل ارائهشده مشخص شد یازده گزارة شناساییشده در پنج سطح، از تأثیرگذارترین تا کماثرترین شیوههای پیشگیری از قلدری سازمانی، تفکیک شدند و مشخص شد تأثیرگذارترین گزاره جلوگیری از تبعیض و تعارض به منزلة یک گزارة مؤلفة تقویت سازة مدیریتی است و کماثرترین گزاره توزیع برابر اختیارات و مسئولیتها به منزلة گزارة مؤلفة تقویت سازة ساختاری است.

نگاشت میمتیک روشی برای کشف میمها و دستهبندی آنان در قالب یک مدل چندسطحی است. میم به معنای یک عنصر فرهنگی تکثیرپذیر است که با الهام از مفهوم ژن در زیستشناسی تکاملی ابداع شده است. ابتدا، به کمک نگاشت میمتیک، توصیفی جامع از فرهنگ فعلی گوگل به دست آمد. با کدگذاری متون کتابها، مقالات، مصاحبهها، مستندها، و منابع آنلاین در باب گوگل ۱۳۴ میم استخراج و به ۴۰ میمکول (واحدی بزرگتر، شامل چند میم همخانواده) تقلیل داده شد. میمکولها در شش سطح قرار گرفتند؛ شامل مفروضات بنیادین، ارزشها، هنجارها، جلوههای بیرونی، رویههای کاری، رویههای منابع انسانی. سپس، با هدف درک چگونگی شکلگیری فرهنگ گوگل در سیر تاریخ، از روش تبارشناسی بهره گرفته شد. در این شیوه با تشخیص پدر هر میم (فرهنگی که از آن اقتباس شده) یک نمودار شجرهنامهای از تبار فرهنگ سازمان ترسیم میشود. تا کنون ۸۵ فرهنگ تأثیرگذار بر گوگل از یونان و هند شناسایی شدهاند. پژوهشگران در پژوهش حاضر توانستند مفهوم تئوریک میم را عملیاتیسازی کنند و در یک تحقیق تجربی به کار گیرند. نگاشت میمتیک ابزاری قدرتمند در دست مدیران و مشاوران و پژوهشگران سازمانی، به منظور واکاوی پدیدة فرهنگ و تغییر آن، است. مهندسی میمتیک با تشخیص میم معیوب میتواند برای اصلاح آن اقدام کند.

جستاری در ادراک کارکنان از پیروی هواخواهانه با کاربست فن استخراج استعارهای زالتمن
هدف از این پژوهش کاوش ادراکات کارکنان یک سازمان دولتی در زمینة پیروی هواخواهانه با استفاده از فن استخراج استعارهای زالتمن برای نیل به شناختی عمیقتر از آن بود. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش از میان کارکنان سازمان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری مفهوم به تعداد هجده نفر انتخاب شدند. مأخذ دادهها تصاویری بود که مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش در ارتباط با پدیدة مورد مطالعه یافته بودند. در جلسة مصاحبه، مطابق پروتکل، پرسشهایی مربوط به تصاویر مطرح و سپس پاسخها، به منظور کشف مفاهیم و ساختارها، تحلیل شد. در مجموع سی و پنج ساختار استخراج شد که به ترتیب ساختارهای پیروی کورکورانة پیرو هواخواه از رهبر، ماکیاولیسم پیرو هواخواه و تعصب کور او به رهبر، رفتارهای زهرآگین پیرو هواخواه و پیامدهای کژکارکردی برای سازمان، چاپلوسی پیرو هواخواه از رهبر، و نفاق و بیکفایتی رهبر واجد حد آستانة انتخاب برای نقشة اجماعی بودند. مطابق نقشة اجماعی، ماکیاولیسم و نفاق پیرو هواخواه و تعصب کور او در قبال رهبر ساختارهایی از نوع علت و دیگر ساختارها، به جز پیروی کورکورانة پیرو هواخواه از رهبر، که نقشی میانجی را در مدل ایفا میکرد، از نوع معلول شناخته شدند.

بازتاب تنهایی در محیط کار بر بیگانگی و کنارهگیری از کار: نقش تعدیلگر سرریز مثبت خانواده بر کار
تنهایی در محیط کار حسی ناخوشایند تعریف شده است که شبکة روابط اجتماعی فرد را از نظر کیفیت و کمیت به طور قابل توجهی کاهش میدهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطة بین تنهایی در محیط کار در قالب محرومیت عاطفی و عدم همراهی اجتماعی با بیگانگی از کار و کنارهگیری فیزیکی یا روانشناختی از کار بود. در این رابطه، نقش تعدیلگر سرریز مثبت خانواده بر کار نیز آزمون شد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوة گردآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعة هدف این پژوهش کارکنان شعب یکی از بانکهای دولتی در شهر تهران بودند. روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی بود و برای جمعآوری داده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد استفاده شد. دادهها به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار Smart PLS3.2.6 تحلیل شدند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد تنهایی در محیط کار صرفاً به صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق بیگانگی از کار بر کنارهگیری فیزیکی یا روانشناختی از کار تأثیرگذار است. نتیجة قابل ملاحظة دیگر این تحقیق معنادار بودن نقش تعدیلگر سرریز مثبت خانواده بر کار در رابطة میان بیگانگی و کنارهگیری از کار بود. به عبارت دیگر، تأثیر بیگانگی از کار بر کنارهگیری از کار در سطوح پایینتر سرریز مثبت خانواده بر کار قویتر بود و عکس این رابطه در سطوح بالای سرریز مثبت خانواده بر کار مشاهده شد.

ارائه الگوی پارادایمی توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در سازمان های ورزشی با رویکرد کیفی داده بنیاد
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائة الگوی پارادایمی توسعة سرمایة اجتماعی در سازمانهای ورزشی بود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی است که با بهکارگیری نظریة دادهبنیاد انجام شد. محدودة مطالعات ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان و جامعة آماری پژوهش خبرگان آگاه به حوزة تحقیق بودند که نمونهگیری از آنها به صورت هدفمند و با روش گلولهبرفی انجام پذیرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده در این پژوهش مصاحبه از نوع نیمهساختیافته بود. در این تحقیق، دادهها بعد از انجام دادن بیست و سه مصاحبه به مرحلة اشباع نظری رسیدند. با این حال، جهت اطمینان از کفایت، یک مصاحبة دیگر نیز به انجام رسید. جهت تعیین روایی از معیار مقبولیت و لینکلن و گوبا و جهت تعیین پایایی از روش حسابرسی فرایند و توافق درونی استفاده شد. دادهها طی سه مرحلة کدگذاری باز و محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. در سه مرحلة کدگذاری، مقولههای اصلی و فرعی شناسایی و به یکدیگر مرتبط شدند که عبارت بودند از شرایط علّی (ساختاری، ارتباطی، شناختی)، شرایط زمینهای (ایجاد گروههای حرفهای و سازماندهی گروههای حرفهای)، شرایط مداخلهگر (مدیریت منابع انسانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، عدالت سازمانی)، راهبردها (راهبردهای جذب و راهبردهای آموزشی)، و پیامدها (توانمندسازی کارکنان، خلاقیت و کارآفرینی، تعهد سازمانی، سلامت سازمانی، فرهنگ شهروندی سازمانی، کیفیت زندگی کاری، مدیریت دانش). در نهایت نیز پارادایم کدگذاری تشریح شد و مدل نهایی شکل گرفت. توجه به مدل ارائهشده میتواند زمینهساز توسعة سرمایة اجتماعی در سازمانهای ورزشی و بهرهگیری از مزایای آن شود.
