The surprising development of information technology has transcended confines such as time and situation as regards education and learning. This technology has accelerated the learning and education rate by revolutionizing the education settings and bringing virtual learning, virtual teaching and virtual universities into existence. The higher education system, by the means of virtual universities, not only can make it accessible for education seekers to receive education
much more easier than before, but also It is the cause root of
developing issues such as to extend group education, to learn and to teach according to individual talents, to focus on generating knowledge rather than on its one-way transmitting, to evaluate the final amount of acquired knowledge, to substitute teacher-oriented system for that of student-oriented, to grow the teacher-students and students-students transactions and finally to form research associations. In the present article the assertional method of factorial analysis has been implemented to design a model aimed at developing
virtual universities in Iran, and has analyzed the demonstrations of variables by the means of path analysis method.

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between leadership styles of soccer coaches and burnout of players. Statistical population included soccer players(N=340)that competed in primer league and Azadagan league of Iran in competing session of 20042005 . The players judged about leadership style of their coaches and rate of their own burnout.
The research method was based on correlation. The samples completed three inventories that included: their own Personal charactristics , burnout and leadership style of coaches.
Data analysis included descriptive statistic, the Pearson product moment correlation coafficient and Cronbach Alpha Coafficient . The value ofp

توانایی سازمانها در واکنش به تغییرات سریع محیط و پاسخگویی به خواسته های مشتریان در شرایط رقابتی امروز، از مهمترین امتیازها بشمار می آید . این در حالی است که عوامل بسیاری امکان تطبیق سازمانها با تغییرات محیط را محدود و فرصتهای فراهم آمده برای سازمان را به تهدید تبدیل نموده،و ادامه رقابت را مشکل و پرهزینه می سازند. متناسب بودن عوامل ساختاری و فنی سازمانها با هم و سازگاری با تغییرات و تحولات داخلی و خارجی از موضوعات اساسی و مرتبط بهم است . واکنش متناسب و پاسخ آگاهانه به تحولات پیچیده،سازمانها را در زمره سیستمهای باز اجتماعی قرار میدهد،سیستمهایی که تغییر و توسعه دائمی جزء جدایی ناپذیر ماهیت آنهاست و بنابراین سازمانها به عنوان سیستمهای باز اجتماعی باید مکانیزمها و ساختارهای داخلی خود را با توجه به اصل تنوع ایجابی متناسب با پیچیدگی محیط،متنوع و پیچیده سازند ودر تعامل پیوسته با محیط،هم در عناصر اصلی تشکیل دهنده خود(ساختار،کارکردها،نقش ها،رفتارها و اهداف)وهم در بعضی از عناصر محیطی تغییراتی را به وجود آورند.
حال اگر این تغییرات و پاسخ های آگاهانه به تحولات محیطی بر مبنای مدل و الگوی خاص و معینی صورت گیرد،باعث استقرار و استمرار یک یا چند عامل در داخل سازمان می گردد. در این تحقیق نقش ساختار،رهبری،فرهنگ سازمانی،وبکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات،کیفیت نیروی انسانی و داشتن نگرش تحقیقاتی در چابک سازی سازمان بررسی گردید و همچنین تعامل عوامل فوق الذکر با هم و میزان تأثیر هر یک بر دیگری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

Management, in the modem life of human being, is of such undeniable importance and necessity that uould not be unheeded. On this account, since long ago, many scholars has striven to elucidate its principles by writing plenty or books and artiles. What is of foremost importance to us now, after the Islamic government formation, is to
explicate and distinguish management principals within the scope of Islam, which are comprehended from authentic sources such as Koran and Isgamic traditions.
Supervision, in a general sense and unanimous for all, is a management principle to which Islam gives sufficient considerations too. As convincing evidence, Imam Ali's biography, in his short duration of government can be reminded here. In the present study, an attempt has been made, firstly, to view and then to take full advantage of divine and religious system of supervision in Islam. Two separate surveys, as regards Koran and Tradition's view in this respect, have been done.

Corruption as one of unfavorable realities of modem society has unprecedentedly increased in administral, political, and social systems of the world. No country with any extent of wealth and power can not claim that it has been safe from its ruinous consequent.
Corruption has various kinds that financially, moral, political and administral ones are the most important corruption, caused by bureaucratic factors, and produced by bureaucratic factors, are produced by inefficent adminstral system, negative bureaucracy, lack
of merit system, and non - effective management system. ,
This paper intends to analysis the root of corruption by using new approach.
Therefore, we analysis the relationship between corruption and the model of governorship and we emphasize that corruption is created by the kind of government relationship with other sectors and its special function and role in society.
On this base, good governorship model is introduced as a modem
model for decreasing corruption and increasing official health, and the
relationship between the mentioned model, and official corruption is explained.

Enhancement of the function is one of the challenging issues to organizations in public, private and governmental sectors. The effective strategy which represents a good means to access the high functioning and accomplish conspicuous successes is the same as the organizational. entrepreneurship. In the present article, the entrepreneurial organizations have been introduced, and additionally, the reason why such a strategy is to be chosen by the organizations has been demonstrated.
A schedule strategy is considered effective for the organization through which the results can be evaluated and by the means of which all the targets are achieved with the help of a good management. To introduce criteria by which entrepreneurial function of the
organization is assessed, as well as means of strategic entrepreneurial management are the other issues discussed in this article. At the end a model of entrepreneurial management along with the assessment procedure are offered as a conclusion.

Management is an arena for views, theories, classifications, models, foundations, analysis, reviews, critics and representation of
transforming and great thoughts which all are provided by considering different times and places. In this research, we have tried to address 20 managerial works about Islamic Management approach by considering research theoretical background and utilizing analysis.
The findings of the research and its results shape four kinds of perceptional frameworks which are based on studied books and one can understand such conceptual models by referring to those works.
Furthermore, different views about Islamic Management are analyzed based on validity, verses, ethical, comparative and analytical opinions of which the numerous and different analysis of Islamic Management resources in recent two decades are important factors. The research is based on applied developments, content analysis method and the approach of selecting remarkable works in recent two decades.

This article explains behavioral fmance and individual decision making in Tehran stock exchange. The people, that participate in stock trades,need references for their decision making. They follow factors:(rate 1-5)

5. Financial experts
However individual investors in Tehran stock exchange don't use fundamental and Technical Analysis for their buy and sell decision making. It sounds that individual participants on their investment are not rational and scientific. therefore students and experts and organizations that relation stoke market in iran, must notice this danger and find solution for this problem.
