Strategy development approaches in gaining sustainable competitive advantage and its examples in international automobile industry (including an analysis of its impacts on Iranian automobile industry)
The question that most of management, organization and strategy scholars would like to find some answer for it is: “Why some firms outperform the others?” In various time periods, scholars have considered to different factors for answering that question. Some scholars in industry structure view (Porter, 1985), had highlighted the environmental and out of organization factors and industry type in which the firm is operated; other scholars (Wernerfelt, 1984; Barney, 1991) with criticize of Porterian view, had given an important role for firm’s internal unique factors and strategic resources and capabilities (Resource based view). Also some other scholars (Dyer and Singh, 1998) in following RBV for identifying strategic resources and capabilities, their own studies had shifted from within firm’s boundaries to relationship quality of the firm with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and so on (Relational View). In other words, they had searched the sustainable competitive advantages sources in inter-organizational relationships. The some other scholars’s (Gulati, 2000) unit of analysis, had changed from dyad to firm’s relationship and interaction into a network of alliances (Social network view). Presenting a modified quantitative framework to measure organizational intelligence
In this paper after reviewing the literature of the research based on previous researches, a quantitative framework has been explained to measure organizational intelligence. This framework contains types of innovation in harmonizing conceptual model which in spite of various uses of this method in decision making, has been unprecedented in the fields of psychology and organizational behavior. For this purpose, opinions of 15 experts of university and public offices have been used and at the end, in addition to presenting mentioned framework, some parallel deductions and suggestions have been considered.

Survey the relation between handing over the governmental activities and development of organizational entrepreneurship ground
Entrepreneurship has been referred as "the engine of economical development", since it can have a vital role in economical development which in turn causes the productivity growth, job making and society welfare. Golestan province water department aiming at privatization , has handed over its activities to the private section. The main point is that what results handing over the activities as a way of privatization will have for this department and what effect it will have on entrepreneurship and development. therefore, the main question of this research is: "Is there any meaningful relationship between handing over the activities and the development of entrepreneurship basis?"
The present research in applied purpose and research method is descriptive, correlation and survey. population includes staff of Golestan province water department numbered 440 which from this number ,205 people has been chosen as a sample size by using random sampling. The method of data gathering was also field and librarian and its tools were two questioners and the documents. Questioners reliability in order equal is to 95% and 93% and validity by using content – related validity method and construct validity method (Internal consistency) has been verified. Identifying variables related to employee’s psychological empowerment in Qom education organization
In this article inorder to identify variables related to employee’s psychological empowerment in Qom Education Organization, at first, psychological empowerment and it’s components (trust, impact, self-determination, meaning, competence) are set as a dependent variable and participative management, training, fostering personal mastery experiences , amotional erousal, connecting to outcomes, having clear vision and goals, providing information, providing resource, modeling, providing support, creating confidence and demographic characteristics are set as independent variables and then the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable are surveyed based on questionnaire?s data.
The results show that there is a direct relationship between “having clear vision and goals”, “connecting to outcomes” and “demographic characteristics (education and gender)” and psychological empowerment. And there is an indirect relationship between other independent variables (with the exception of traning ,fostering personal mastery experiences and providing resource) and psychological empowerment.

Explication of effectiveness of diamond model for time management in sugarcane agro industry
Skills of more useful and effective use of time is the key to management and organizations success.Organization managers for obtimal use of time and prevention to time consumption, for development of time management, should know how to operate and use the time and exigency of using diamond model. Checking and explication of the way of using manager’s time and recognizing of consumption factors, their time base on behavorial variables and explanatory in the frame of diamond model is the paper goal.
In fact, diamond model is a tetrahedron and systematic system,which includes: work timing program, work priority setting, arbitrary delegation and correct foming and managing technique of meetings, each of these, needs a key variable,
In this paper, time consumption factors of managers in the form of redundant facets of diamond model will be discussed.
Statistic research society constituting.
High and middle level managers of sugarcane agro industry will be formed by 54 members. collecting data will be in the statistical form and the tool will be questionnaire.
For data analyzation and hypothesis test, further than descriptive statistic indicators we will use from one variable inference statistics andX 2.

Political marketing: towards market oriented political organizations
Political marketing shares many characteristics in common with marketing in the business world. In business marketing , sellers dispatch goods, services, and communications[e.g.advertising] to the market and in return, money [consumer purchases], information [consumer research], and customer loyalty are received. In political campaigns, candidates dispatch promises , favors , policy preferences , and personalities to a set of voters in exchange for their votes, voluntary efforts, policy preferences, and personalities to a set of voters in exchange for their votes , voluntary efforts , or contributions [kotler and kotler, 1999]. Many concepts and tools are shared by marketing goods and services and political marketing. This conceptual paper explain the PM concept, similarities and differents between PM and BM, and explain how using of STP process in PM.
