Responsing to ever changing desires and expectations of citizens who give legitimacy to public section is the most important challange of public managers, and so public managment should search better ways of Doing things and present the citizens new services through improved techniques such as information technology or which is named electronic government. (E.G).
E.G is a new method that helps people get public services through electronic media and create a new method of relationships between citizens and public managers.

Regarding to complications and dynamism of Environmental factors and fast changes increasingly, traditional organizations can’t harmonized themselves with these changes, so they are disappearing consequently, the organizations paid much attention to the discussion of learning organizations, as a tool to maintain and harmony. Here, there is a summary of theoretical basis and findings of research about measuring the level of organizational learning of schools. Its goal was considerating the level of learning in public schools and non- profit schools. To achieve the goals this hypothesis was suggested.
Hypothesis: there is a difference between the level of learning in public schools and non - profit schools.
To collect data and find the charactristics of learner organization, the questionnaire, after difining the validity and reliability, and library method was used. Collected data was analyzed by discriptive statistic method which composed of frequency indicator, percentage of frequency , average , and deductive statistic cansisted of Mann - Whitney test suggested that there is a meaningful difference between level of organizational learning in public schools and non - profit snhools , that is , in all characteristics the level of organizational learning of non - profit schools is higher than public schools

This article is the result of a field research and is about the quality of services of social security organization (SSO) from its staff’s point of view . In this research SERVQUAL is used in evaluating the quality of the organiztion and results show that eployees believe that performance and quality of organizations services are below the expectations of its clients. There are several methods for productivity measurement in corporation level and presented by Economists , Engineers, Managers and Accountants. Also benchmarking, elements analysis, actual and planned quantities comparison are used for productivity ratios analysis.

The present article is abstract of a Ph.D dissertation which focuses on a
Survey on the Organizational Structure and Management Methods of Iranian Press and Its Relationship with Their Ownership After the Islamic Revolution.”
The Survey which was conducted through the Delphi method (consists of questionnaires and interview with professionals) tries to assess the organizational structure, management methods, and ownership patterns of the main Iranian newspapers and compare their present situation with the worldwide and successful management styles, methods and theories.
The main objective of the study is to find and present the best solutions for the problems and weaknesses of Iranian press management and ownership which hopefully leads to reform the present inefficient structure in order to close them to ideal management standards.
