Regarding the importance of organizationla culture we hare tried in this article to consider and explain the organizational culture that is dominant on the board of science and engineering colleges of university of tehran.
To a ccomplish this goal there are two main typothesis the and four sub – hypothesis that have been studied in the research.
Based upon different models for culture, a questionair was designed in two sections (general and personal). In the process of research there were 108 fulfilled questionaire that were analysed with SPSS and the results suggest that the dominant culture in the considerd population and sample is the involvement culture whereas the best culture for colleges is Entrepreneurial as Educational and research organization.

this article we had tried to define Organizational Citizenship Behavior and it's importance as well as review on the literature of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. History of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its definition from different viewpoints of verious scientists, types of Organizational Citizenship Behavior with regard to the classifications and the factors which influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior is discussed In this Survey. In the other part of the article, the research methodology is described that encompases hypothesis, research methodology, the population and the sample are explained and with respect to the mentioned issues Research findings are analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics; at the end, according to results of statistical test the conclusions are presented.

There are several factors that threaten an organization's viability. These factors mainly are considered under the field of organizational demography and ecology.
Experiences of some researches in other countries on organizational mortality could be summarized and categorizes in three main factors as follow:
Context factors: factors out of organization and harmful like environmental competition, resource partitioning and vital events.
Content factors: refer to decision makers and human resource in organization that include management and founders.
Co-structure factors: comprise several identifying factors such as organization age, size, type of industry, geographical location, and product portfolio.
This essay is trying to present a new model for organizational mortality by review on the findings of empirical researches has been conducted in other countries. At the end of essay there are some key points for administrating mortality period in organization

Research Centers in Iran and especially in Qom have been stablished to solve the existing and potential problems of Islamic Republic of Iran including cultural, political, scientific and social problems. There is no doubt about the importance of these centers but the more important is their managerial effectiveness in these centers. Thus, this issue will be studied in this article.
The model encompases three dimentions: the first dimention reffers to organizational and managerial levels; second contains the activities of these centers such as basic, applied and development researchs; and finally the third dimention is about indicators of effective mangement in research centers.
The basic hypothesis is defined as bellow:
There is not a significance relationship between existing and future situations of managerial effectiveness in Qom’s research centers. Other hypotheses are formed, emphasizing on managerial functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling.
This study is an applied research. Reasearch method is descriptive and the tools for data gathering contain interview, obeservation, survey in documents and questionnaire.

The congruence of entrepreneurship, environment munificence and organizations’ performance with configurational approach is one of the most important research debates in the field of Entrepreneurship. In this article, based on the roles of Entreneurship and Adaptive styles, used in rich & lean environment, the performance of organizations has been studied.
The results of the research indicate that using entrepreneurship style in high-munificence environment is more effective than low-munificence environment.

The human being is the axis of the existent world and without correct and logical analysis of him any kind of interpretation over the world would be unclear and useless. Consequently, anthropologists, sociologists and philosophers of existentialism have devoted lots of their time and attempt to the matter. Moreover, they have introduced anthropology as the foundation of understaning the existence and they have written so much about it that as if it is the gate of the humanities and non-humanities. So the present article is going to illuminate the anthropology in the perspective of the sciences, religions, philosophy, and gnosis; in addition to clarifying-within the finding of the author- the internal and external human's dimensions. It is hoped that it will be a new step to develop the relevant subjects and deserve scholars considering.
