Work system safety is a function of many factors, besides its dynamic and complex structure. There may be relations and dependencies among the safety factors. Therefore, work system safety should be analyzed in a holistic manner. In this study, the faulty behavior risk (FBR) which is significant in work system safety is tried to be determined through analytical network process (ANP) which is an extension of analytical hierarchy process and allows analysis of complex systems. In first step, different influencing factors, which are determined from different sources, are evaluated by the experts and most important factors were selected. In the next step, the ranking of the factors by use of absolute numbers scale were done and by means of a step by step model, FBR of three different work systems of the company are computed through using the ANP model. In this research, basic assumption is dependency relation among organizational, personal and job factors. Finally, by computing FBR of three work systems in a production facility in Qom, decisions concerning continuity of operation, corrective actions and stop system were adopted.

Passing two decades of Tehran Stock Exchange reopening, the transaction volume and number of accepted companies in it, have been enormously increased and engaged so many real and incorporated stock holders. Therefore, gradually it will find its significant role in the country economy and this will double the responsibility of researchers in the economic field for utilizing more new and effective techniques and methods for clarifiying the reasons of market fluctuations. On the other hand, the chaos theory has opened a new window to management and economic domain and in the recent years it has attracted more and more enthusiasm among interested people. So forth, observing the Tehran stock Exchange from this point of view seems fruitful. In this paper, we will review the fundamentals of chaos theory and various systems in order to answer this key question that “Whether the Tehran Stock Exchange is a chaotic system or not?”
Our particular methodology of the research has shifted it from an ordinary research to a meta research, for this reason, we have not collected the related Tehran Stock Exchange data directly in this paper, but we have tried to address the main question of our research by collecting ...

The purpose of this study is to provide a model for performance evaluation of Sepah Bank branches by using partial indicators through combining controllable and uncontrollable potential variables with performance variables.
With description and expansion of performance concepts of branches, a complete list of pre-test variables, including forty nine potential variables and five performance variables was obtained. To identify potential variables so that each of them describes each of desired performance results of branches, multiple regression analysis model has been used. Number of employees as a controllable potential variable has been shown with the highest predictive value in all performance variables.
Four models of the five models have a description power between eighty three and ninety six percents.
Performance models can be used for analysis of performance prediction of branches. Such information can be useful for reconstructing the structure of branches, including establishment, merge, and elimination.

Managers in the organization require the right information to decide. Sometimes those around the manager may avoid providing correct but disturbing information to the manager who may be deceived by the false praise. Flattery destroys confidence and demeans the flattered. It also hurts the flatterer by destroying his or her credibility and integrity.
In Islamic and literary texts there are many advices on avoiding the act of flattery, but sometimes the existence of such undesirable behavior can be observed in many organizations. In this paper, besides discussions on flattery, the difference is distinguished from a compliment. twelfth-century poet, Saadi, had some interesting advice about flattery and expressed ways to deal with this moral issue in a poetic language.

This research is implemented with the objective to survey course content effect in various academic disciplines such as: various management orientations, medicine, basic sciences, engineering, art and theology, on Tehran University students’ learning style (LS) and spiritual intelligence (SQ or SI). This study used Kolb's learning styles model (1985) which involves four learning styles; abstract conceptualization (AC), reflective observation (RO), active experimentation (AE), concrete experience (CE).
The goal of this article is to examine the relationship between measures of SQ among various academic disciplines and their learning styles. Hence, two questionnaires consisting of thirty one questions for SQ evaluation (by alpha %968) and twelve questions for students learning styles measurement (by alpha %87) were used. Our statistic sample included two hundred and twenty five students. Findings of the research show that there is a positive relationship between course contents and LS. Also, the assumption of existing a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and individual learning style was confirmed. According to the research findings, significant point is that the humanities disciplines, especially management should employ assimilation style to increase power of abstract conceptualization in their learning. But, contents of management lessons are changing in a way that the students ...

With respect to the increasing importance of customer-based trends, banks’ attention is more than ever focused on customer needs. Banks have recognized that it is vital to devote more efforts and initiatives to keep their customers. The demand for using new technologies to provide new banking channels for customers is known as a strategic necessity in banks. One of the important and effective factors in e-banking is customer trust. The present research chooses a new viewpoint about the trust and examines whether customer trust and perception in traditional banks would have effect on their decisions about adaptation of provided electronic services by the traditional banks. In the research, three hundred and seventy customers of Arak Melli Bank were selected randomly and using two-variable logistic regression technique, the effects of trust, gender, education, income level, occupation and age on e-banking adaptation were examined. According to the research findings, there are no meaningful relationships between the trust in traditional structure of banks and e-banking adaptation by customers. The most important reason enumerated for non-adaptation to e-banking by customers is getting the habit to use traditional services. Among the studied demographic factors, it was recognized that contrary to the researcher's expectance, ...
