Today's, in the variable and complex domestic and international environments,
organizations face with numerous challenges. Performance measurement and
performance management in such a situation will be very complicated and difficult.
To date, several models have been proposed to evaluate the performance of
organizations. One of the most successful models, the balanced scorecard (BSC) is.
But there are still some gaps in the model. In the first model, BSC, it is assumed that
the perspective of the four perspectives and goals that are to be equal or balanced.
However, the validity of this assumption is questionable. In this paper, using the
balanced scorecard model, a model designed to evaluate the performance of a
company in construction industry. Then, AHP technique was used to weighting.

The aim of present research is to determine and prioritize criteria and scales of
evaluating cohesive training systems. Present paper attempts to provide a paradigm for
better devising of universities' cohesive training systems by identifying such scales. Its
population includes elite training experts in the colleges and institutes affiliated to
University of Tehran. It attempts to study domestic and foreign papers and to identify
criteria and scales for evaluating cohesive training systems. Identified aspects include:
content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and
apparent form. By using the expert’s opinions, importance ratio of each one of scales
and aspects is determined. Also for evaluating the status of these scales in golestan
system of Tehran University a questionnaire is compiled. that its admissibility and
permanence is confirmed. Then the questionnaire in a sample (of our case) is
distributed. In data analysis, T-test: statistical test is used to examine the status of
scales and aspects. The results of this test indicated that the organizational structure
scales and usage convenience have middle status, the status of flexibility, usage
services and apparent form is undesirable, and the content have a desirable status.

In last decade, with the entry of spirituality in organizational and management
research, Spirituality leadership, also, has attracted a considerable amount of attention.
In this study, with a developmental approach and after using experts' opinions and
literature for identifying leaders' spiritual traits and behaviors, we aim to model them
using adaptive neural-fuzzy inference systems. Empirical data collected from some
public agencies show that leader's self-awareness, altruism, virtue, spiritual intelligence
and employee empowerment, and a lower level of visioning, role modeling and
fairness behavior, can increase leadership effectiveness. Citizen participation, only in
particular situations, can be a proper instrument for gaining leadership effectiveness.
