Statistical population includes 1100 personnel of Melat bank in Mazandaran province. According to Krejcie & Morgan (1970) table, the minimum statistical sample of this research should be 285 employees. The sampling method is random systematic, and 292 out of 363 dispersed questionnaires were suitable for further analysis. Analysis was done with structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings show the negative and significant relation between organization justice & social loafing.
