As a result of increase of human demands, expectations, information and environmental changes and technologic progresses In the era of explosion of information, human societies have involved in a very confusing and complex situation that results in the appearance of dangerous crisis in the world. The human being will not survive in this situation except through a management based on knowledge and wisdom. In this article, by the introduction of the "crisis management", we analyze the role of information systems in the process of enforcement of this modern management. The information systems which are in fact the most important means of setting information, analyzing the situation and providing strategic solutions at the time of dealing with the crisis, have the crucial role in foreseeing crisis and prevention and control of risks and crisis. This work is based on the comparative and theoretical studies and the researcher has used the experiences obtained from the BAM earthquake. Theory of this study has examined by the interview with the experts who had participated in solving the crisis of the city of Bam. یکی از ویژگیهای مهم جهان امروز بروز ناپایداریها و تغییرات شدید و گسترده در نظامهای سیاسی،اقتصادی،اجتماعی و اداری می باشد. در عصر انفجار اطلاعات،با افزایش روزافزون نیازها،انتظارات،اطلاعات و تحولات مختلف زیست – محیطی و تکنولوژیکی ، به یکباره جوامع بشری دچار نوعی تزلزل،سردرگمی،التهاب و پیچیدگی خاصی شدند که پیامد آن بروز رویدادها و بحرانهای مخاطره انگیز در این جوامع است . در دنیای کنونی روند سیاسی ، اقتصادی و اجتماعی دائماً در معرض التهابات و تهدیدهای بسیار خطرناکی می باشد که جز با مدیریتی مدبرانه و مبتنی بر دانش و حکمت امکان خروج از بن بستهای حاصل از این بحرانها وجود ندارد . در این مقاله ، ضمن معرفی "مدیریت بحران"،نقش"سیستمهای اطلاعاتی" را در فرایند اجرا و تحقق این مدیریت نوین معرفی می کنیم . سیستمهای اطلاعاتی که در واقع حیاتی ترین منبع تأمین کننده اطلاعات،تحلیلها و راه حلهای استراتژیک در هنگام مقابله با بحرانها می باشند،نقش بسیار سرنوشت سازی در پیش بینی ،پیشگیری و مهار ریسکها و بحرانها دارند که در این نوشتار به آنها خواهیم پرداخت. در این تحقیق ضمن استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و تطبیقی،از تجربیات زلزله معروف بم نیز بهره مند شده و با مصاحبه با متخصصینی که به نحوی از انحاء در این شهر زلزله زده حضور داشته و در امور مشارکت داشته اند ، فرضیات خود را بررسی نموده ایم. https://jomc.ut.ac.ir/article_14191_b8a3ce48dc3b83241a918e8b44cf7c39.pdf
