This study used Kolb's learning styles model (1985) which involves four learning styles; abstract conceptualization (AC), reflective observation (RO), active experimentation (AE), concrete experience (CE). The goal of this article is to examine the relationship between measures of SQ among various academic disciplines and their learning styles. Hence, two questionnaires consisting of thirty one questions for SQ evaluation (by alpha %968) and twelve questions for students learning styles measurement (by alpha %87) were used. Our statistic sample included two hundred and twenty five students. Findings of the research show that there is a positive relationship between course contents and LS. Also, the assumption of existing a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and individual learning style was confirmed. According to the research findings, significant point is that the humanities disciplines, especially management should employ assimilation style to increase power of abstract conceptualization in their learning. But, contents of management lessons are changing in a way that the students ... این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر محتوای دروس رشته‌های مختلف تحصیلی (گرایشات مختلف مدیریت، پزشکی، علوم پایه، فنی- مهندسی، هنر و الهیات) دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های تهران، بر سبک یادگیری و هوش معنوی آن‌ها انجام پذیرفت. در این تحقیق از مدل سبک‌های یادگیری کُلب (1985) که در بر دارند? چهار شیوه‌های یادگیری مفهوم‌سازی انتزاعی، آزمایش‌گری فعال، تجرب? عینی و مشاهد? تأمّلی می‌باشد، استفاده شده است. هدف پژوهش آزمون ارتباط بین میزان هوش معنوی دانشجویان مدیریت و سبک‌های یادگیری آن‌ها است، از آنجایی که وجود متغیرهای دیگر ممکن بود بر نتایج تحقیق ما تأثیرگذار باشد، لذا بررسی تأثیر محتوای دروس بر هوش معنوی و اثر آن بر سبک یادگیری را در بین رشته‌های مختلف تحصیلی نیز مقایسه نموده‌ایم. از این رو، از دو پرسش‌نام? 31 سؤالی برای سنجش هوش معنوی دانشجویان (با آلفای کرونباخ 96%) و پرسش‌نام? 12 سؤالی کُلب (1985) برای تعیین سبک یادگیری دانشجویان (آلفای کرونباخ 87%) استفاده شده است. نمونه آماری تعداد 225 دانشجو در رشته‌های مذکور است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین محتوای دروس و سبک یادگیری رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد. هم‌چنین فرض وجود رابطه همبستگی معنادار میان هوش معنوی و سبک یادگیری فردی تأیید شد. ... https://jomc.ut.ac.ir/article_28749_4367fac13a0c0b12eabbd2f483581b2a.pdf
