Here, there is a summary of theoretical basis and findings of research about measuring the level of organizational learning of schools. Its goal was considerating the level of learning in public schools and non- profit schools. To achieve the goals this hypothesis was suggested.
Hypothesis: there is a difference between the level of learning in public schools and non - profit schools.
To collect data and find the charactristics of learner organization, the questionnaire, after difining the validity and reliability, and library method was used.
