Burrell and Morgan offered an analysis of paradigms in terms of four broad worldviews, characterized as functionalist, interpretive, radical humanist and radical structuralist. Recently, interpretive paradigm has received major attention in the academic fields. The interpretive paradigm rests on a precarious, socially-constructed web of symbolic relationships. The interpretive theorist’s difficulty is to understand the meaning and significance of this web of relationships and how it exists as such. Stories are one of the components of organizational web. Stories transfer the meanings. They also form and facilitate social transactions. In this paper, storytelling is considered as one of the approaches of generating knowledge and its evolution, importance, functions and benefits will be discussed.

To face this issue, the article has a literature review to develop a holographic model. In this model. Content analysis has been used in this article. Theresult was a holographic model. In this model, change happens in two dimensions: individual-organizational and internal-external. These dimensions made four quarters of succession in implementing the change. It has to start from individual-internal quarter but to meet this, it is necessary to change individual learning and the first step of learning is unlearning. Unlearning is forgetting what you have learned. Succession in this process depends on four things: content, context, process and differences between people and how to move thought to the transition phase.

The concept of entrepreneurship has derived much attention to itself from scientific boards and public and private organizations in the recent decades. A brief review on the literature of entrepreneurship reveals that due to the economic approaches taken, entrepreneurship is setting forth to find out new ways to maximize the benefit and income. At the other hand, social organizations, too, must use this concept to under go changes in their old structures. So, it is obvious that using this concept in non-economical sectors is in need of a different approach. For this reason, this article seeks to overview the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and differentiates its economical and social approaches in order to achieve to its social grounds. In addition, by exploring its typology and presenting a new model of entrepreneurship, this article criticizes the traditional view held toward private institutions and organizations. Then it discusses the main grounds in which social entrepreneurship can emerge, plus its challenges, its current issues, its theories and models in an appropriate structure, so as to elaborate on the basics of social entrepreneurship.
One of the most important words used commonly in the context of secular development is entrepreneurship. Although entrepreneurship is not the best and last solution for all economical problems in every country, but it is a new subject in the context of economical development.
The purpose of this paper is to scientifically review the seven characteristic criteria related to entrepreneurs that were first introduced by Jennings and his colleagues in 1994. Initially we formulated a mathematical model in order to rank the criteria on the basis of their values for different people. Then the weights or importance of ten experts’ ideas including 6 faculties and 4 successful entrepreneurs that we introduce them as entrepreneurial experts about entrepreneurial criteria were considered and were ranked using analectic hierarchical process (AHP) method. In the next level, we formulated and solved a mathematical model called linear assignment in order to rank and evaluate entrepreneurs’ characteristic criteria. In conclusion it was found that the characteristics of entrepreneurial creativity for the first stars, risk taking second, third need to achievement Fear of failure and fourth place respectively in the next rating criteria for independence Welfare orientation, and power tendency the fifth to seventh grades are given....

Workaholic is a person that has an extreme obsession with his work. This paper wants to study workaholism among Iranian nurses (in Mazandaran province) and to answer the main question of the research. The research instrument is questionnaire. This study utilities questionnaire by applying the Spence and Robbins workaholic triad and distributing it among nurses. Data is obtained from one hundred and eleven male and female nurses in Mazandaran province hospitals. Samples include eighty four women and fifty two men. More than ninety five percent of respondents were less than fourty years old. Results show that male and female nurses in Mazandaran are workaholic and intensiveness of workaholism differs by the gender of nurses. As a result, job involvement in males is higher than females and work enjoyment in males is high too. But enthusiasm to work among women is higher than men. On the whole, workahism in males (X=3. 38) is higher than females (X=3. 33).

Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis do not provide an analytical means to determine the importance of the identified factors or the ability to assess decision alternatives according to these factors. Although the analysis successfully pinpoints the factors, individual factors are usually described briefly and very generally. For this reason, SWOT analysis possesses deficiencies in the measurement and evaluation steps. Although the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique removes these deficiencies, it does not allow for the measurement of the possible dependencies among the factors. Therefore, it is better to employ a form of SWOT analysis that measures and takes into account the possible dependencies among the factors. This paper uses the analytic network process (ANP), which allows the quantitative analysis of SWOT and measurement of the dependencies among the factors. Dependencies among the SWOT factors affect the strategic and sub-factor weights and change the strategy priorities. Aim of this research, to determine priority of organizational strategies for using. SWOT is used for determining of strategies and ANP is used for evaluating strategies. Finally, strategy of SO is selected as best strategy for using because it had most weight in final matrix.

Employee engagement at work is a concept that recently entered in organizational discussions in past two decades. Engaged employees are happy, energetic and productive employees that are willing to invest the discretionary effort through the work and organizational roles.
Previous literatures show that employee engagement at work is affected by different personal, vocational and organizational characteristics. One of the important factors affecting the employee engagement is their perceived organizational justice. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is the survey of relationship between organizational justice and employee engagement at work (work engagement) among three hundred and ninety one employees of national Iranian oil refining & distribution company. The variables were measured by organizational justice questionnaire (OJQ) and Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES). The correlation and regression analyses demonstrate that organizational justice is positively related to employee engagement at work (R=. /552) and also regression analysis demonstrates that organizational justice can be the antecedent of the dependent variable.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze organizational effectiveness of high schools based on the integrative approach of goal attainment–system resources and the theoretical model of Parsons with the four essential functions of the social system. The four Parsons’ indicators of organizational effectiveness of high schools which include innovation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational health (morale) are closely studied in this research. The study is a descriptive survey. One hundred and twenty seven statistical samples of the study are selected from male and female high school teachers of district one of Urmia city in the academic year 2008-2009 using the stratified random sampling.
To analyze the data, statistical methods including descriptive statistics and bivariables analysis such as t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient are used. the outcome of this study indicates that female schools are more effective than male schools and there is a significant relationship between organizational effectiveness of schools and its component which are innovation , morale, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the independent variables, only gender has a significant relationship with organizational effectiveness, while other independent variables like age, education degree, service record do not have any significant relationship with school organizational effectiveness.
