Nowadays Information and Communication Technology(ICT) function as a powerful tool influencing human affairs including social, economical, cultural and political issues. Countries which invoke these technology are seriously developing much faster from those which make weaker steps. In this sense, it is useful to make comparison between the available statistics in Iran with those of other countries. This article, investigates the present day condition of ICT in Iran and the beyond. To survey this issue we had used descriptive – comparative method. Invoking indexes of telecommunication and internet duplicated by ITU and UNESCO. First of all kinds of development in some selected countries was take into account and then comparison was made between Iran and other countries which have the same position as Iran. The results showed that America, Europe, and East Asia are fundamentally more successful in ICT, internet and telecommunication as opposed of developing countries. Iran, too, gained low middle concerning the same countries. Of the factors making barriers, was insufficient knowledge of ICT, lack of comprehensive policy, and shortage of expertise.

The investigation of relationship between political and administrative subsystems in the 'supreme model' of governance during history of humankind contribute to designing and modeling of better models of governance and administration. This model is retrieved in Imam Ali's words and manners. The present study seeks to investigate and describe the appropriate relationship between elected and appointed officials in the truth-centered government. The main question of this study is concerned with the way these two subsystems in Alavian truth-centered government interact with each other and researchers focus on identifying this interaction.
To extract a good model based upon Nahjolbalagha, as the main text of this research, and bring forth the dominant criteria of the truth-centered government, the researchers enjoyed both content analysis and logical analytical methods. These two methods helped to categorize the main points of the text and collect them in a logical construction. The final logical model consists of 29 statements based upon five axioms of truth-centered approach government. Finally, it is concluded from this research that in the truth-centered government all of these interactions are interwoven and harmonized supporting principal goals of government rather than it’s the subsystems or social actors’ goals, while they are sub-optimized.

Organizational cynicism is one of the most important behavioral issues that influences the performance of employees and the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. This article contains the original concepts of organizational cynicism and it's relation to the other organizational concepts. First, the concept of cynicism and its related psychological and Islamic approaches are discussed. Then, along with the organizational cynicism definition, effected variables of cynicism in organizations are investigated. then a model about the influencing factors and the results of cynicism is designed. This model makes it easy to understand the antecedents of organizational cynicism with selecting a set of variables. Finally, it can be claimed that organizational cynicism can be handled by organizations, since it is not a inborn characteristic.

During recent decades, researchers have attempted to understand individual and group level behavior, at micro levels while macro level researchers studied organizational and institutional level behavior. Yet few scholars have examined organizational effects on individual and group behavior and the effects of individual and group behavior on organization as a whole. Such a research can lead to a new vision in organization and management studies and make it easy to a better understanding of human organizations and communities. This article introduces multilevel approach which combines micro and macro approaches and establishes a more comprehensive knowledge of organizations. First, it reviews the problem of “level of analysis” in organizational and management theories. Then, the application of multilevel approach is shown by presenting an example. Finally the article discusses the barriers and benefits of this approach in the process of building and developing organization and management theories.
