Customer satisfaction is a critical element for excellence and achievement of any
organization in a competitive environment. Mosques as a nonprofit-religious institution
should pay attention strongly to satisfying their customers namely prayers, so they can
survive in a competitive environment of culture. Present study aims to design a model
of determinants of people satisfaction to mosque and their loyalty in Golestan Province
by a descriptive-analytical study in 2012. For this purpose, a sample of 380 prayers of
Golestan Province has been selected by clustered sampling. Researcher-made
questionnaire was used to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty. 500 questionnaires
were distributed among prayers of Golestan Province. Totally, 371 filled
questionnaires were returned. SPSS 16 LISREL 8/54 softwares were used to analyze
the data. The result of descriptive and inferential statistical show that the Several
factors of satisfaction index, perceived image of organization, perceived quality
(software and hardware), clients’ expectation, perceived value and loyalty are in
conceptual model.

In this research, to considering the theoretical background of the research and
model of organizational justice, ten items were designed; then, thirty-two variables
were extracted. Finally, the matching variables with model of organizational justice
were performed. The proposed model was designed according to the extraction
variables and their matching. To structural and conceptual validation, the dimensions
of this model were validated in the form of a questionnaire. Statistic population
consisted of management experts and Quran science experts that implement for
structural and conceptual validation in turn. SPSS software was used to analyze data.
Based on the results, model was strongly confirm. Finally, after revisions, the final
model was presented.

The aim of present research is to determine and prioritize criteria and scales of
evaluating cohesive training systems. Present paper attempts to provide a paradigm for
better devising of universities' cohesive training systems by identifying such scales. Its
population includes elite training experts in the colleges and institutes affiliated to
University of Tehran. It attempts to study domestic and foreign papers and to identify
criteria and scales for evaluating cohesive training systems. Identified aspects include:
content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and
apparent form. By using the expert’s opinions, importance ratio of each one of scales
and aspects is determined. Also for evaluating the status of these scales in golestan
system of Tehran University a questionnaire is compiled. that its admissibility and
permanence is confirmed. Then the questionnaire in a sample (of our case) is
distributed. In data analysis, T-test: statistical test is used to examine the status of
scales and aspects. The results of this test indicated that the organizational structure
scales and usage convenience have middle status, the status of flexibility, usage
services and apparent form is undesirable, and the content have a desirable status.

In last decade, with the entry of spirituality in organizational and management
research, Spirituality leadership, also, has attracted a considerable amount of attention.
In this study, with a developmental approach and after using experts' opinions and
literature for identifying leaders' spiritual traits and behaviors, we aim to model them
using adaptive neural-fuzzy inference systems. Empirical data collected from some
public agencies show that leader's self-awareness, altruism, virtue, spiritual intelligence
and employee empowerment, and a lower level of visioning, role modeling and
fairness behavior, can increase leadership effectiveness. Citizen participation, only in
particular situations, can be a proper instrument for gaining leadership effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate effect of porter`s competitive strategies to
meet customer market orientation needs in petrochemical firms. Given the numbers of
products of this company, this study examine polyethylene products, so the impact of 3
porter`s strategies, differentiation strategy, focus strategy, cost leadership strategy,
evaluate in response to market orientation needs of this product. porter`s generic
strategy is the method for analysis of the competitive environment. Though the
organization can determine it`s position in the competitive environment of the industry.
Differentiation strategy is another method which the company offers distinct products
and services, this make the unique situation in industry.
