The aim of this research IS to investigate the relationship between Leader – member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior, and considering the mediating role of psychological empowerment and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 250 employees of Marun Oil and Gas producing company who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments which used in this research were Leader – Member Exchange Scale (LMXS), Psychological Empowerment Scale (PES), Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (OCBs). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling and bootstrap. Structural equation modeling analyses indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results also supported the positive effect of leader– member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior, and positive indirect effect of leader– member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior through psychological empowerment and organizational commitment.

There is an inherently political activity in all transactions, therefore, it is considered as one of the constituent elements of the organizations and has attracted the attention of management researchers. Although political behavior can have positive or negative consequences, much of the research<br /> focuses its dark side. This type of behavior creates a divisive and damaging work environment that threat overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and has an increasingly negative impact on employees. So awareness of creating factors plays an important role in preventing and limiting such behavior. In this regard, the present study was done to explain the predictors of political behavior by using cortical (quota) sampling. To collect data the standardized questionnaires were used. Questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by content and construct validity and its reliability were measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficients for each of the variables. For the analysis of research data by Structural equation modeling and path analysis Lisrel and SmartPLS was used.

In recent days which organizations provide spirituality at work, employees bring more efforts at work and are aligned with organization vision. The aim of this paper is studying the relationship between spirituality at work and engagement at work that are empirically examined at JAHAD KESHAVARZI organization of Qom. For measuring spirituality at work, the Millimans' Questionnaire and for engagement at work, we used Salanovas' Questionnaire. Result of spearman and Pearson Correlation Coefficients test shows that there is a positive significant relationship between spirituality at work and engagement at work in Jahad Keshavarziorganization of Qom. Based on the results application of spirituality at work to improve engagement at work is vital. The limitation of this research is small sample size; therefore we suggest further researches in more and different populations to improve the generalization of the results. Finally we provide some suggestion for managers in Jahad Keshavarzi organization of Qom.

Nowadays employees have unique role in achieving goals and gaining competitive advantages in service oriented organizations. Meanwhile human capitals are very important in chain stores. <br />Previous studies implied that job performance (JP) was derived by constructs such as organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) and organizational justice (OJ). So this research tries to investigate OJ on OCB and consequently on JP. <br />So in this research we are tried to investigate the role of OCB on mentioned variables. Hypothesis of research is assessed by indigenous questionnaires approaches. The method of research was casual (Partial Least Square). To assessing mentioned hypotheses, 124 questionnaires distributed among employees of one of chain stores located in Tehran by systematic sampling methods. Results reveal that the construct of justices (expect distributed justice), OCB and job performance are in satisfying level. In addition there’s no evidence to reject casual hypotheses (impact of justice on OCB and consequently job performance) in 95% confidence interval. Finally to improving OCB and OJ‘s contributors some offers proposed.

Although the research on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) has increased dramatically in diverse fields during the past decade, little is known about the OCBs in the information systems area. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of OCBs on information systems success. In order to perform empirical analyses, measurements on the OCBs constructs based on the five dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior: altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue, and sportsmanship were developed, and the research model including the relationships between the OCBs constructs and information systems success variables of information quality, work efficiency, and IT innovation was proposed and empirically analyzed using structural equation modeling. Data collection instrument is questionnaire. Sampling method is available method.
The results of structural equations modeling confirm model fitness in studied population. The contribution of this study is to provide strategic insights for successfully managing information systems by identifying the effects of organizational citizenship behaviors in information systems context.

With increase in the sales of goods and services via the internet and the widespread deployment of electronic commerce, trust in electronic commerce becomes a vital element. Many factors influence on customer’s trust. The current study use structural equation modeling to study the relationship among hofsted’s culture and online shopping, with regard the meditational effects customer’s perception to corporation. This study includes all hofsted cultural dimensions, that first time is that is done in Iran.
Validity was accepted by factor analysis and reliability was accepted by Cronbach’s alpha scores. From students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 1391-92 years, as the sample of statistical methods and survey research, 384 questionnaires were collected. PLS method was used for data analysis. Findings, in general, showed that masculinity/ Femininity influence on customer’s perception about of corporation reputation .Also, the customer’s perception about of reputation & size corporation influence on customer’s trust in online shopping .The customer’s perception about of reputation & size corporation had a meditational role in the relationship between the masculinity/ Femininity and the customer’s trust in online shopping. Limitation include culture quantative analyzing, but culture is a qualitative conception.

Organizational entrepreneurship as one of the main forms of entrepreneurship has a key role in success of organizations and ventures. On the other hand, among the various factors influencing the organizational entrepreneurship development, intellectual capital, as one of the valuable organization's resources, is considered an essential factor in the institutionalization and development of organizational entrepreneurship. Therefore, the main purpose of this descriptive- correlative research was to study of the effect of intellectual capital components on organizational entrepreneurship in Agricultural Consulting, Technical and Engineering Services Ventures (ACTESV). The statistical population of the research consisted of all experts in the ACTESV in Zanjan Province (N= 301). According to the Bartlett et al., a sample size of 207 was selected using stratified random sampling technique. The standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The construct validity and the composite reliability of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and they were satisfied after making necessary corrections. The results showed that the main hypotheses of the research have verified and three components of intellectual capital including human, structural and relational had a positive and significant effect on dependent variable. The components totally explained about 62 percent of variances of organizational entrepreneurship in the ACTESV in Zanjan Province. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that increasing intellectual capital in the ventures directly results in reinforcing and developing organizational entrepreneurship in the ACTESV.
