توسعه یادگیری سازمانی در دانشگاه‌ها مبتنی بر رهبری قدرشناسی

چکیده

هدف: امروزه دانشگاه‏ها با شرایط فزایندة پیچیده‏ای روبه‏رو هستند که نیازمند شیوه‏های جدید رهبری سرمایة انسانی به منظور آزادسازی پتانسیل و استعدادهای سرمایة انسانی آن‌ها و توسعة یادگیری سازمانی است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی چگونگی توسعة یادگیری سازمانی مبتنی بر رهبری قدرشناسی است.
روش: این پژوهش به روش کیفی، با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری، رویکرد ظاهرشونده (گلیزر)، و با ماهیت اکتشافی اجرا شده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی خبره و صاحب‌نظر و مدیران دانشگاه‏های دولتی هستند. داده‏های پژوهش به روش نمونه‏گیری هدفمند و فن گلوله برفی و بر اساس مصاحبه‏های عمیق با 18 نفر جمع‏آوری شد و با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‏ ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از کدگذاری‏ها به شناسایی 55 مقولۀ فرعی و 21 مقولۀ اصلی در قالب 3 محور توسعة یادگیری سازمانی بر اساس چیستی، چگونگی، و در نهایت نتایج توسعة یادگیری مبتنی بر رهبری قدرشناسی انجامید.
نتیجه‏: برای توسعة یادگیری سازمانی مبتنی بر رهبری قدرشناسی نیاز به توجیه و تبیین وضعیت امروز دانشگاه‏ها توسط مدیران وجود دارد. پس از نیل به این مرحله، پیشبرد یادگیری سازمانی با 3 محور برخورداری از چیستی لازم، اشراف بر چگونگی رفتار، و ملاحظة نتایج حاصل‌شده عملیاتی خواهد شد.
