طراحی و آزمون الگویی از نقش میانجی جهت گیری هدف یادگیری در سه سطح فردی، تیمی و سازمانی در رابطة بین رهبری تحولی و عملکرد انطباقی کارکنان یک سازمان خدماتی

چکیده

هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی نقش میانجی جهت­گیری هدف یادگیری در سطوح فردی، تیمی و سازمانی در تبیین اثر رهبری تحولی بر عملکرد انطباقی بود. جامعة آماری تحقیق حاضر همة کارمندان یک سازمان خدماتی بودند. الگوی پیشنهادی در نمونه­ای 175 نفری از کارکنان که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، آزمون شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است. برای ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی و آزمون اثرهای واسطه­ای تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و روش بوت‌استراپ به‌کار گرفته شد. یافته­ها نشان داد الگوی پیشنهادی با داده­های تطابق و برازش واقعی داشتند. علاوه بر آن نتایج نشان داد جهت­گیری فردی و سازمانی میانجی‌های مناسبی در تبیین تأثیر رهبری تحولی بر عملکرد انطباقی محسوب می‌شوند. بر این اساس سازمان­ها باید شرایطی را برای تشویق رهبری تحولی و جهت‌گیری هدف یادگیری در سطوح مختلف سازمانی فراهم کنند.
