طراحی مدل فرهنگ ‏سازمانی اثربخش در سازمان های پروژه‏ محور

چکیده

صنعت نفت ایران، با قدمتی بیش از صد سال، به‏‏منزلة موتور اقتصاد کشور، برای حفظ ظرفیت تولید و جایگاه رقابتی خود در دنیا به سازمان‏های پروژه‏محور به‏منظور توسعة میدان‏های نفت و گاز و جلوگیری از خام‏فروشی متکی است؛ بالطبع، این سازمان‏ها برای اجرای مأموریت خود، به‏صورت اثربخش، به کارکنان خود، به‏عنوان مهم‏ترین منبع بهره‏وری، متکی‏اند. در ایران، همانند دیگر کشورهای دنیا، مطالعات اندکی در حوزة مدیریت رفتار سازمانی این نوع سازمان‏ها انجام شده است. با توجه به تأثیر بسیار زیاد فرهنگ‏ سازمانی در اثربخشی سازمان‏ها، این موضوع همانند دیگر عناوین، یکی از موضوعات مهم برای بررسی در شرکت‏های پروژه‏محور است. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش داده‏بنیاد (گراندد تئوری)، به مصاحبه با پانزده نفر از نخبگان مدیریتی در شرکت‏های پروژه‏محور اقدام شده که به ابعاد رفتاری در حوزه‏های فردی، میان‏فردی، و سازمانی‏ـکه با مدل‏های غربی تفاوت دارد‏ـ رسیده است. این نتایج در قالب چارچوب فرایندی گراندد تئوری کوربین و اشتراوسی برای استفادة محققان دانشگاهی و مدیران شرکت‏های پروژه‏محور ارائه ‏شده است.
