بررسی تأثیر بُعد فرهنگی مردانگی‌ـ زنانگی بر تردید حرفه‌ای حسابرسان با نقش تعدیلگر تجربه و جایگاه شغلی

چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر بُعد فرهنگی مردانگی‌ـ زنانگی بر تردید حرفه‌ای حسابرسان انجام شده است. همچنین نقش تعدیلگر تجربة کاری و جایگاه شغلی حسابرسان در این‌ رابطه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی‌ـ همبستگی و کاربردی است. داده‌ها از طریق توزیع پرسش‌نامة استاندارد بین مدیران فنی و شرکای مؤسسات حسابرسی معتمد سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار SmartPLS استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بُعد فرهنگی مردانگی تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر تردید حرفه‌ای حسابرسان دارد؛ درحالی‌که بُعد زنانگی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تردید حرفه‌ای بر جای می‌گذارد. همچنین تجربة کاری و جایگاه شغلی، به ‌عنوان متغیرهای تعدیلگر، شدت این روابط را تغییر می‌دهند؛ به‌ گونه‌ای که حسابرسان باتجربه‌تر و دارای جایگاه شغلی بالاتر حساسیت بیشتری نسبت به ابعاد فرهنگی نشان می‌دهند.
نتیجه: یافته‌ها بیانگر اهمیت ابعاد فرهنگی در شکل‌گیری قضاوت‌های حرفه‌ای حسابرسان است. تقویت فرهنگ زنانگی و ارتقای جایگاه شغلی و تجربه می‌تواند به افزایش سطح تردید حرفه‌ای و در نتیجه ارتقای کیفیت حسابرسی منجر شود.
