While it is attempted in this paper to expound the position of entrepreneurial revolution in the global developments, the concept of entrepreneurship and characteristics of entrepreneurs in the view of experts as well as advantages that societies gain through entrepreneurship is studied. Then the role of entrepreneurial management in organizations that are entrepreneurial is analyzed with regard to skills and qualifications that managers must have in modern organizations. In another section of this paper I studied environmental dimensions of entrepreneurship by providing a model of environmental determining factors.
