As a result of information and communication technology development, traditional face to face transactions is replaced by telecommunication. As well as other basic institutions -familial, educational, religious and economical institutions- governmental institutions have been affected by this type of technology and electronic government has been appeared in recent decades. Penetration of ICT in government may affect the “Trust in Society”. This article tries to explain effects of E-Government on basic institutions and on trust and democracy consequently. Furthermore we noticed Five Dimensional Justice Model (FDJM) as moderator variable that affect this relations.
