Organization’s obligation for responding to demand changes and creating strategic opportunity, drives focus toward entrepreneurship, so that scholars’ attention turns toward influential factors on entrepreneurship more and more. The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of human resource flexibility on entrepreneurship at Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI). Research methodology includes both descriptive and correlation analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling. Data was collected by means of designed questionnaire that was distributed among RIPI personnel. Research results indicated that there is a positive correlation between adaptability culture and organizational entrepreneurship. While, there is a significant positive correlation between functional and behavioral flexibility with adaptability culture. There is not correlation between skill flexibility and adaptability culture.
