Abstract

Confusion and cognitive uncertainty of employees in the workplace can lead to confusion and negative consequences in individual and organizational thinking. However, using the power of imagination and mental creativity, people who are known as dreamers, can serve as a psychological tool for managers. The purpose of this study is to model the dreaming power of employees in organizations. The method of the present research in terms of purpose, is fundamental and applied, with qualitative-exploratory approaches and in terms of implementation, has been done using the given techniques. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview with experts in the field, 15 of whom were selected using targeted snowball sampling based on the principle of saturation. The results showed that a total of 40 categories and 364 statistical codes were organized in the form of five  categories: causes, contexts, interventions, strategies and messages. The results showed that the drawn model of employee empowerment directly causes significant leaps in organizational creativity and innovation and overcomes organizational burnout and inertia crises. Managers can use this technique to train professionals with high empowerment, competencies and goals aligned with the organization.
