Mediation Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the Relationships between Organizational Justice and Job Performance (One of the Chain Stores in Tehran)

Abstract
Nowadays employees have unique role in achieving goals and gaining competitive advantages in service oriented organizations. Meanwhile human capitals are very important in chain stores.
Previous studies implied that job performance (JP) was derived by constructs such as organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) and organizational justice (OJ). So this research tries to investigate OJ on OCB and consequently on JP.
So in this research we are tried to investigate the role of OCB on mentioned variables. Hypothesis of research is assessed by indigenous questionnaires approaches. The method of research was casual (Partial Least Square). To assessing mentioned hypotheses, 124 questionnaires distributed among employees of one of chain stores located in Tehran by systematic sampling methods. Results reveal that the construct of justices (expect distributed justice), OCB and job performance are in satisfying level. In addition there’s no evidence to reject casual hypotheses (impact of justice on OCB and consequently job performance) in 95% confidence interval. Finally to improving OCB and OJ‘s contributors some offers proposed.
