The Journal of Organizational Culture Management is a scientific-research quarterly that, benefiting from an experienced and committed editor, distinguished reviewers, a professional executive team, and eminent national and international editorial board members, has succeeded in publishing the best articles in the fields of management and organizational culture management. Employing the academic support of researchers and university professors, this journal has aimed to play an effective and lasting role in scientific circles. Journal History
The first issue of this journal was published in 2003 under the title of "Management Culture." Then, in 2010, the title of the journal was changed to "Organizational Culture Management." In the same year, it received scientific-research ranking from the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
