the Corona crisis in Iran has become an opportunity to strengthen resilience with the emergence of voluntary and selfless behaviors in society.To explain this phenomenon, the present study was conducted with a qualitative approach and by using a combination of two methods: phenomenology and causal layer analysis with the aim of presenting a native and new model of organizational citizenship behavior in managing the Corona crisis. The data was collected through interviews with50 people with sufficient experience in dealing with the Corona crisis, reviewing 20 media documents, and holding three specialized panels with the presence of 27 experts, and coded using the content analysis method in the X-Mind software. The results show that the new model of organizational citizenship behavior, based on Islamic teachings and people-centered jihadist movements, is a new style in crisis management that is rooted in different semantic layers.The findings showed that tangible achievements in the litany layer as signs of resilience, management mechanisms in the system layer as guides for sustainable behaviors, value and belief frameworks in the worldview layer as drivers of actions, and symbolic, civilizational, and cultural narratives derived from the metaphors and national and religious myths layer as factors that deepen and sustain behaviors were identified as fundamental causes. A total of 48 components were extracted and after validation in expert panels, components with high frequency and agreement were established in the final model, and validity and reliability assessments were conducted through repeated discussion and consensus to ensure the coherence of the results.
