Abstract
Purpose:With the rapid growth of technological businesses and the expansion of the knowledge-based economy, the demand for innovative human resources has significantly increased. However, a comprehensive and integrated framework for the development of innovation-based human resources in knowledge-based companies has not yet been sufficiently addressed. Therefore, this study aims to design and present a framework for the development of innovation-driven human resources in knowledge-based companies. Method:This applied and developmental study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach based on thematic analysis. The statistical population consisted of managers of knowledge-based companies. Participants were selected through purposive and convenience sampling. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings:The analysis led to the identification of 39 initial themes. Based on these themes, a comprehensive framework for innovation-based human resource development was developed, consisting of three main dimensions: requirements, mechanisms, and outcomes. The requirements include temporary empowerment, reciprocal risk-taking, and a learning-oriented organizational culture. The mechanisms involve managerial roles and innovation-driven training. The outcomes encompass the development of creative human resources and organizational transformation. Conclusion:The proposed framework provides a structured and context-based model for fostering innovation-oriented human resources in knowledge-based companies. By addressing key requirements and implementing appropriate mechanisms, organizations can enhance creativity and achieve sustainable transformation in competitive knowledge-based environments.
