Controling is one of the most important processes that each organization needs for guaranteeing its survival and knowing how exact its programs are carried out. The acquired information by supervision, as a feedback, both makes managers attentive and contributes a great help to soundness and accuracy of operations and activities of organization.
This is the result of an applied research whose purpose is to assure quality of observation of performance of Hajj caravans managers and to provide an effective model for this end.
For realization of the above-mentioned aim there are three main
hypotheses which are as follows:
There is a meaningful relationship between behavioral variables and effective observation of performance of Hajj caravans managers.
There is a meaningful relationship between structural variables and effective observation of performance of Hajj caravans managers.
There is a meaningful relationship between contextual variables and effective observation of performance of Hajj caravans managers.
