Abstract

During two recent decades, direct foreign investment in Iran has been in the form of common firm. For it has some benefits such as optimization of overall economy indexes, decreasing risk and expenses and achieving knowledge and technology for both host government, mother firm and firm that receives investment.
Some thinkers, such as Bluenejin (1996), believe that if government doubles its support of common firms, the direct foreign investment will be sextuplicated. Iranian managers of the mentioned firms have believed that the mentioned support is totally necessary and effective for their success.
The result of this research shows that government can pave the
ground for permanence of domestic capitals and increase of quality and quantity of foreign investment by increasing cultural, social, educational propriety and providing kinds of supports that are
mentioned in the theories of this research.
