Abstract

One of the topics of management which has gained the attention of
all people is managers and responsible persons' duties to customers. On
this topic many papers are written and even it is one of the important
factors in evaluation of managers, that is how he or she treat customers
and whether manager satisfies customers. However, the duty of
customers to managers which is of importance has. been paid less attention. In addition, grounds of management must be considered in evaluation of managers. In this paper after mentioning the duties of managers to customers, some of duties of customers to managers as
well as the necessity of paying attention to various grounds in
evaluation of managers are discussed.
