Abstract

Regarding the importance of organizationla culture we hare tried in this article to consider and explain the organizational culture that is dominant on the board of science and engineering colleges of university of tehran.
To a ccomplish this goal there are two main typothesis the and four sub – hypothesis that have been studied in the research.
Based upon different models for culture, a questionair was designed in two sections (general and personal). In the process of research there were 108 fulfilled questionaire that were analysed with SPSS and the results suggest that the dominant culture in the considerd population and sample is the involvement culture whereas the best culture for colleges is Entrepreneurial as Educational and research organization.
