Abstract

Research Centers in Iran and especially in Qom have been stablished to solve the existing and potential problems of Islamic Republic of Iran including cultural, political, scientific and social problems. There is no doubt about the importance of these centers but the more important is their managerial effectiveness in these centers. Thus, this issue will be studied in this article.
The model encompases three dimentions: the first dimention reffers to organizational and managerial levels; second contains the activities of these centers such as basic, applied and development researchs; and finally the third dimention is about indicators of effective mangement in research centers.
The basic hypothesis is defined as bellow:
There is not a significance relationship between existing and future situations of managerial effectiveness in Qom’s research centers. Other hypotheses are formed, emphasizing on managerial functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling.
This study is an applied research. Reasearch method is descriptive and the tools for data gathering contain interview, obeservation, survey in documents and questionnaire.
