Abstract

This survey seeks to find the influent factors in organizational citizenship creation, and also intends to study the relationship between "citizenship behavior" and "organizational performance" criteria, using the existing literature and models found in albert moorman urgen ,six factors, as the most important ones which influence employees and employers organizational citizenship behavior. are: sacrifice, dutiful loyalty, respect, and endurability. These factors are tested in some organizations in order to examine the citizenship behavior degrees and also to study. The relations of those factors with organizational performance.
According to friedman test, in successful and unsuccessful, (organizations dutiful of employees has the greatest rank and their educability has the lowest score.
The T test shows that in these organizations according to citizenship behavior human factors, participation (civil social , duty and protective) and respect, has no meaningful difference but according to organizational factors, there is a meaningful difference in those organizations dutiful, endurably, and loyalty.
