Investigation of Relation between Organizational Reputation with Employee's Professional Attitudes in of IRAN KHODRO Company

Abstract

Professional attitudes of employees in organizations are associated with costumer perception to organization. These characteristics are consequences of positive image of the customers of society to organization. Thus, employees’ skills, attitudes and behaviors are important in this field.
High reputation of IRAN KHODRO company among people and its costumers always prompt many staffs to emerge positive behaviors such as organizational commitment and job involvement in this company. In this paper, we have tried to explain the relationship between organizational reputation and professional attitudes of IRAN KHODRO 's Staff. Results demonstrated existing of a positive significant relation between organizational reputation with organizational commitment and job involvement. Our population has been staff and customers of IRAN KHODRO.
