Abstract

Today's, in the variable and complex domestic and international environments,
organizations face with numerous challenges. Performance measurement and
performance management in such a situation will be very complicated and difficult.
To date, several models have been proposed to evaluate the performance of
organizations. One of the most successful models, the balanced scorecard (BSC) is.
But there are still some gaps in the model. In the first model, BSC, it is assumed that
the perspective of the four perspectives and goals that are to be equal or balanced.
However, the validity of this assumption is questionable. In this paper, using the
balanced scorecard model, a model designed to evaluate the performance of a
company in construction industry. Then, AHP technique was used to weighting.
