Designing a Model of Employee Daydreaming Power in the Organization With Grounded Theory Approach

Abstract

Confusion and cognitive uncertainty among employees in the workplace will cause confusion and negative consequences in individual and organizational thinking. However, using the power of imagination and mental creativity, people who are known as a dream can serve as a psychological tool for managers, so the purpose of this study was to model the dreaming power of design employees in organizations. The method of the present research in terms of purpose, fundamental, and applied, with qualitative-exploratory and in terms of implementation has been done using the given techniques. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview with experts in the field, 15 of whom were selected using targeted snowball sampling based on the principle of love. The results showed that a total of 40 categories and 364 statistical codes were organized in the form of five causal categories, contexts, interventions, strategies, and messages. The results showed that the drawn model of employee empowerment directly causes significant leaps in organizational creativity and innovation and overcomes organizational burnout and inertia crises, and managers can use this technique to train training professionals with high empowerment, competencies, and goals They follow the organization from the mentioned cases.
