Providing a Framework for Human Resource Management in Free Zone Organizations With Meta-Synthesis Approach

Beside the other failure causes of free zone organizations in achieving some defined goals, human resource policies, which are a kind of modelling of current policies and procedures in traditional organizations, comes to be the neglected factor in this area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a human resource management framework for free zone organizations. The study method in paradigm is analytical and in data gathering is the mixed method that was conducted with meta synthesis technique. 10500 related research items were collected in libraries based on documentation; essays, books, conferences, and the reputed scientific bases, between 1970 and 2020. Out of the items collected 10372 were removed and 128 items were analyzed. In order to validate the resulting model, the opinions of 40 academic scholars and organizational experts of the free zones were tapped into, using two questionnaires. Finally, 5 dimensions of human resource needs planning, recruitment and selection, employment, development and improvement, and maintenance were identified as a framework for human resource management in free zone organizations. Using this framework helps free zone organizations manage their human resources scientifically and professionally and enjoy its benefits.
