Presenting the emergence model of micro management; How to form micro management with interpretative-structural modeling method

Abstract

The development of any organization mostly depends on the management of that organization's resources . same reason , Management implementation methods and guidance of employees and staff and the organization will have a great impact on the productivity of the organization . so , the current research aims to provide a model for the emergence of microscopic management and The formation of microscopic management was done with interpretive structural modeling method. This research is based on mixed and qualitative and quantitative research in an inductive analogical paradigm, which is practical in terms of its purpose and in terms of nature and method, it is descriptive survey . The statistical population of this research consists of journalists(reporters) , university professors and senior managers of government organizations who have collaborated in this research. For this reason, the data collection tool in the qualitative section is a semi-structured interview. For the validity and reliability of the data collection tool in the qualitative part, the content method and theoretical validity and reliability within the code have been used. Also, the tool for collecting information in the quantitative part is a questionnaire. In the quantitative section validity was content validity and reliability was retest. The findings of the research showed that microscopic management will have a negative impact on the performance and productivity of government organizations and will cause managers to be myopic and stay away from the overall process of the organization's activities. as general conculsion ,
