Abstract

The present study aims to explain the management model from the perspective of His Highness Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him). This study is descriptive-analytical in nature. It is developmental in purpose. The method of analyzing sources is content analysis. This method is used to obtain existing patterns from qualitative data. In this method, the method of theme pattern analysis and theme network analysis was used to analyze the data. The main tool for collecting data is questionnaires. The statistical population is all of His Highness Ayatollah Khamenei's statements from 2019 to the end of 2020. After analyzing the documents and the coding process, the management and leadership model from His Highness' perspective was identified in 4 dimensions: principles, ethical requirements, behavioral requirements, and practical requirements, each of which consists of a set of components and indicators. After the dimensions, components, and indicators were counted, the opinions and guidelines of the experts were received, reviewed, and finally revised and taken into account to validate the counted model.
