Abstract
Purpose:The theory of organizational culture dynamics, as one of the theories of interpretive paradigm, tries to explain the process of culture formation in the organization by presenting a four-stage process. The purpose of this study is to investigate the function of the theory of organizational culture dynamics after replacing Islamic principles. The researcher examines the function of theory by substituting the foundations of Islamic epistemology, ontology and methodology.
Design/Methodology/Approach:In this research, the jurisprudential-ijtihad method is used. In this method, the Islamic epistemological system is presented on the theories of the humanities .also,the Islamic foundations replace by the foundations of the Theory.
Research Findings:After replacing, the processes of manifestation and interpretation are disrupted and the cycle is interrupted. by substituting Islamic principles, the element of "values" in culture and cultural dynamics is trapped in relativity, with relativity of culture, process of organizational culture dynamics is also challenged.
Limitations & Consequences:Each of the principles of the interpretive paradigm and Islamic principles needs to be elaborated and explained, while the observance of the standards caused the principles to be stated briefly.
Practical Consequences:By replacing Islamic principles, the process of interpretation in the model will disappear and the cycle of dynamics of organizational culture will no longer continue.
Innovation or value of the Article:So far, no research has been done on the critique of the foundations of the theory of organizational culture dynamics. This research is one of the first researches that examines the critique of the principles of theory based on Islamic principles.
