Management is an arena for views, theories, classifications, models, foundations, analysis, reviews, critics and representation of
transforming and great thoughts which all are provided by considering different times and places. In this research, we have tried to address 20 managerial works about Islamic Management approach by considering research theoretical background and utilizing analysis.
The findings of the research and its results shape four kinds of perceptional frameworks which are based on studied books and one can understand such conceptual models by referring to those works.
Furthermore, different views about Islamic Management are analyzed based on validity, verses, ethical, comparative and analytical opinions of which the numerous and different analysis of Islamic Management resources in recent two decades are important factors. The research is based on applied developments, content analysis method and the approach of selecting remarkable works in recent two decades.
