اثر مدل شخصیتی هگزاکو و رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر جانشین‌پروری: نقش میانجی نگرش شغلی پروتئین (مورد مطالعه: کمیتة امداد امام خمینی(ره) استان کردستان)

چکیده

پژوهش پیش رو با هدف تعیین میزان اثر مدل شخصیتی هگزاکو و رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر جانشین‌پروری با نقش میانجی نگرش شغلی پروتئین انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش اجرا توصیفی از شاخة همبستگی و از نوع مقطعی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل کلیة کارکنان کمیتة امداد امام خمینی(ره) استان کردستان به تعداد 401 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق، تصادفی طبقه‌ای بود، که با استفاده از روش کوهن و برنامة برخط محاسبه‌گر اندازة نمونه، برای مدل‌های معادلات ساختاری، و کمک گرفتن از پایگاه www.danielsoper.com، 210 نفر برای نمونة آماری پژوهش، برآورد شد. به منظور گرد‌آوری داده‌‌ها از پرسشنامة استاندارد استفاده شد. از آنجا که توزیع داده‌ها مطابق آزمون چولگی و کشیدگی غیر نرمال بود، از نرم‌افزار پی.ال.اس. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها بهره‌گیری شد. پایایی مدل اندازه‌گیری با استفاده از بارهای عاملی و پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ، روایی همگرا با معیار AVE، و روایی واگرا توسط شاخص HTMT بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد متغیرهای مدل شخصیتی هگزاکو و رهبری تحول‌آفرین به طور مستقیم بر جانشین‌پروری تأثیر دارند. همچنین به طور غیر مستقیم از طریق متغیر میانجی نگرش شغلی پروتئین بر جانشین‌پروری اثر می‌گذارد.
