Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sustainable intellectual capital on sustainable international performance with the mediating role of resilience and transformational innovation in small and medium-sized companies that play an important role in the economy of various developed or developing countries. The purpose of this study is practical with descriptive type of data gathering. To collect data, it has been focused on the industrial park of Qazvin province. Among about 830 identified senior managers, finally 167 senior managers completed the questionnaire. Structural equation method is used to analyze the collected data using the questionnaire tool. The results indicate that sustainable intellectual capital can indirectly lead to the improvement of sustainable international performance by strengthening resilience and laying the groundwork for open innovation. So, by relying on stable intellectual capital and using new technologies, resilience can be increased and innovation opportunities can be used better. The present study is innovative in its kind since it identifies the effective factors in the excellence of sustainable international performance in small and medium-sized companies and can save the organization's resources and time to realize sustainable performance in the international community.
