فراترکیب پیشایندها و پسایندهای شجاعت در محل کار

چکیده

هدف: سازمان‌ها و افراد با اجبار و فشارهای فزاینده روبه‌رو هستند و اقدام شجاعانه پاسخی مهم و مورد نیاز به این فشارها در موقعیت‌های مختلف است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشایندها و پسایندهای شجاعت در محل کار از طریق بررسی مطالعات پیشین است.
روش: پژوهش از طریق تحلیل فراترکیب پژوهش‌های انجام‌گرفته در این حوزه انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک‌مدار به عمل آمد. در نهایت از روش آنتروپی شانون برای تبدیل داده‌های کیفی به کمی و وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: پیشایندهای شجاعت در محل کار در چهار مقولة اصلی شناسایی شدند که به ترتیب اولویت‌ عبارت‌اند از: عوامل فردی، سازمانی، موقعیتی، محیطی. پسایندهای شجاعت در محل کار نیز در دو مقولة اصلی، شامل پسایندهای مثبت و منفی، دسته‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌: نتایج تحقیق به کسب‌وکارها و مدیران سازمان‌ها امکان می‌دهد تا با درک اهمیت شجاعت در محل کار و شناخت پیشایندهای شجاعت عواملی را که موجب تسهیل بروز شجاعت می‌شود توسعه دهند و از پسایندهای مثبت آن بهره‌مند شوند.
