گونه‌شناسی سخاوت در سازمان

چکیده

سخاوت از ارزش‌های اخلاقی پسندیده در همة ادیان و فرهنگ‌ها است. ارزش‌ها در زندگی فردی و سازمانی افراد منعکس می‌شود و فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهایی ایجاد می‌کند. هدف این مقاله معرفی و بررسی مفهوم سخاوت در سازمان است و به سؤال‌های مهم چیستی، چرایی و چگونگی و نتایج آن پرداخته است. علاوه بر این، گونه‌شناسی سخاوت در سازمان برای اولین بار توسط مؤلفان مطرح شده است. روش این پژوهش مرور نظام‌مند مبانی نظریة تحقیق است. مباحث با توجه به پاسخ 6 پرسش اساسی (what, why, who,where, when & how) بررسی شد. همچنین، مفاهیم مدیریتی و اسلامی جهت همپوشانی و غنی‌سازی بحث مطرح شد.
