بررسی تأثیر پرداخت‌های مبتنی بر عملکرد فردی و گروهی و تفاوت پرداخت بر عملکرد با روش مدل‌سازی خطی سلسله‌مراتبی (HLM) (مورد مطالعه: بانک ملت)

چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌ها ساختار‌های جبران خدمات خود را تغییر داده، و نقش و جایگاه پرداخت مبتنی بر عملکرد در سبد پرداخت‌ها افزایش یافته است. پرداخت‌های عملکردی نیز در سطوح مختلف سازمان به‌طور مختلفی وجود دارد. تحقیقات مختلف نشان داده است در سازمان‌های با عملکرد بالا پرداخت مبتنی بر عملکرد نقش اصلی دارد. از طرفی، یکی دیگر از متغیرهای مهم در طراحی نظام جبران خدمات تعیین تفاوت یا پراکندگی پرداخت است. با به‌کارگیری رویکرد مدل‌سازی خطی سلسله‌مراتبی (HLM) و با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های واقعی حقوق‌ودستمزد و عملکرد 1042 نفر از کارکنان بانک ملت، نشان داده شد پرداخت عملکردی و تفاوت پرداختی بر عملکرد اثرگذار است و تفاوت پرداخت نقش تعدیل‌کننده در روابط بین پرداخت مبتنی بر عملکرد و عملکرد فردی ایفا می‌کند. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از آن بوده است که پرداخت عملکردی فردی و تفاوت پرداخت نقشی مهم‌تر نسبت به پرداخت عملکردی گروهی در اثرگذاری بر عملکرد دارند.
